Laser Welding with Robot
We deploy a 6-axle robot with a 2 kW solid body laser, which can process user-defined outlines like for example housings and rotation-symmetric components with a welding depth of up to 3 mm.
Our 4-axle Nd:YAG-laser arrangement with a welding depth of up to 1.5mm is applied mainly for precision and medical engineering.
Assigned Laser Welding
Repair welding on expensive moulded parts. With the addition of fine wires as supplement material repair welding on e. g. die casting moulds or other die cast parts made of tool steel becomes possible.
Laser cutting is a long-established and recognized industrial technology. Mit modernsten Laseranlagen erfüllen wir vom Prototyp bis zur Klein- und Großserie höchste Qualitätsstandards.
Laser precision cutting
0.1 – 1.0 mm with 200 W Nd: YAG-laser on 5-axle arrangement with a range of: 1.20 x 0.50 x 0.40 m with pipe processing.
Laser cuts on pipes are for sure an interesting fabrication option. Right now we can process maximum ranges from 500 x 6 x 4000 mm, whereas the incoming angle of the beam doesn’t necessarily have to be vertical to the material surface.
